One playlist — Music app on Mac or iTunes on Windows → select the playlist → File → Library → Export Playlist… and choose Text files. Drop the .txt straight in.
Your whole library — File → Library → Export Library… gives a Library.xml. Works here too, but it's every album you own, so expect a long list.
Everything you've streamed — request your data at privacy.apple.com → Apple Media Services information. Apple emails it in a few days. From the zip, Apple Music - Play History Daily Tracks.csv is the one to use — it's small and already counts your plays. Recently Played Tracks and Play Activity work as well.
On iPhone only? There's no export there — use a free converter like Soundiiz or TuneMyMusic and drop its CSV in.
